Neil Williams
VP, Land and Pipeline

Leads project development ensuring all pipeline projects are developed efficiently from land procurement through to environmental and permitting

Supports PPA origination through his strong utility and university relationships

Prior to SE1, Neil managed property development and operations for a Tier-1 U.S. Bank

Rob Price
VP, Transmission & Interconnection

Leads interconnection group at SE1 which guides projects from inception through interconnection studies and construction coordination with RTOs

Manages PJM capacity and FERC reactive compensation markets

Previously worked for over 14 years at PJM in charge of generation interconnection planning studies and agreements

Brian Kennedy
Chief Operating Officer

Manages new business development for SunEnergy1 and oversees all contract negotiation

Prior to joining SE1, Brian initiated, established and developed the solar business for Duke Energy; he was directly responsible for the development of nearly 1 GW of installed capacity, representing over $1Bn of investments

Dirk Corn
VP, Construction and Substation

Leads collector Substation & PV Array project management and procurement in addition to PJM and Dominion interconnect agreement process

Kun Zhu
Director, Transmission & Interconnection

Responsible for transmission and interconnection matters of SE1’s solar and battery projects, including energy market analysis and portfolio expansion strategies

Previously worked at MISO in several management roles including Senior Manager of Generator Interconnection and served as the Chair of NERC SPIDER Working Group

Kevin Chen
Chief Commercial Officer

Heads corporate finance and large-scale equipment procurement

Previously, Kevin served as CEO of Renesola U.S., where he established the business of both module sales and project development in the Americas

While at Southern California Edison, he spearheaded development of a 250 MW solar portfolio

Dustin Smith

Manages the engineering department with oversight over environmental and the interconnection process

With degrees in physics and engineering, Dustin has expertise in a variety of renewable energy fields and infrastructure projects with specific experience in engineering, design, estimating, planning, construction, and project management
