During his time at SunEnergy1, Neil served as Vice President of Origination and Development, where he led teams through the full project development lifecycle—from strategic project siting and early-stage development through permitting, interconnection, and ultimately achieving Notice to Proceed (NTP). His experience includes building development strategies, identifying viable project opportunities, and guiding projects from concept to construction-ready status. 

Today, Neil’s role has expanded beyond traditional solar development as he works to broaden SunEnergy1’s generation portfolio and strategic capabilities. He is focused on identifying and developing opportunities across a range of energy technologies, including natural gas generation, battery storage, and cogeneration facilities. 

With a strong foundation in renewable energy development and a growing focus on diversified power generation, Neil brings a development-oriented perspective to identifying, evaluating, and advancing the next generation of energy infrastructure.
